Survey & Zoning Coordinator

Job Description
The Land Survey & Zoning Coordinator will support our Land Survey & Zoning Team in obtaining land surveys and zoning information for all markets and property types. The Coordinator will have the unique opportunity to work with various states, municipalities, Land Surveyors, and Project Managers.
 
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Land Survey & Zoning Coordinator will assist the Land Survey & Zoning Team in all capacities, including but not limited to:
 
  • Schedule, order, manage, and review land surveys including Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, ALTA\ACSM Land Title Surveys, Flood Elevation Certifications, As-Built Surveys, and Subdivision/Recombination Plats
  • Coordinate ALTA survey revisions and review with our Land Survey & Zoning Team, financing parties, and title insurers
  • Quality control of all survey documents, including survey plans, record plats, descriptions, and review of title commitment reports
  • Assist in the financial management of survey projects, including proposal preparation and invoicing
  • This position will be cross-trained to assist other company departments with administrative project support services.

  • Two or four-year degree in geomatics, land surveying, civil/environmental engineering, environmental science, or equivalent is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in surveying or real estate a plus, but not required
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret surveys
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
