We are looking for a skilled Technical Alliance Manager to join our team. The primary goal of the role is to connect with our clients —current and prospective— and learn about their research and pharmaceutical development project needs. We are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment. The ideal candidate has a team-oriented attitude, works collaboratively, stays organized, and is an effective communicator. We need individuals who seek the culture, values, and excitement of joining a biotech startup company focused on human stem cells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and understand clients' R&D needs.
- Deliver technical designs and solutions for clients.
- Execute and deliver on project management responsibilities.
- Stay organized.
- Work closely with the Technical Support and R&D teams.
- Staying on top of cutting-edge technologies in the biotech-pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements:
- Ph.D in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
- Experience in the biotech industry - preclinical and R&D settings.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new cutting-edge technologies.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Strong communication skills - teaching, writing, and oral communication.
- Prior experience or knowledge of CRM software -- a plus.
