Administrative Assistant (PT)

Duties include:
  • Data entry, filing, answering phones, greeting customers, responding to customer emails timely, sending lab reports/invoices to customers via email, working in a team environment and other administrative duties as needed.
  • No prior administrative work experience is required.
  • We provide all training.
  • Prior experience with basic customer service skills, strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and techniques is a plus for this position.
  • Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, able to organize duties throughout the day, manage work-load effectively to completion.
