Responsibilities:
• Acquire working knowledge and understanding of LTTS; gain practical, hands-on experience in terms of Sales & Marketing and develop in-depth knowledge of market processes and selling skills. • Carry out duties specific to each assignment, including, but not limited to: Field Sales, Product & Services Marketing, Strategic Planning, etc.
• Conduct searches and queries to research, qualify, and generate sales leads.
• Build relationships with new and existing prospects by initiating communications
• Facilitate smooth transfer of quality opportunities to senior team members
• Prioritize deadlines to effectively meet marketing and sales team goals
• Acquire knowledge and skills to become a future business leader. Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders with various levels of expertise.
• Participate in management development training sessions as opportunities arise. This may include special assignments and or key experiences essential to the nature of the program.
• Gain cross-functional insight into business operations and translate those insights into organizational effectiveness.
• Acquire the ability to understand and assess data and programs to drive product performance

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have graduated with an MBA (Marketing) recently or be working towards an MBA (Marketing) degree at an accredited university, with plans to graduate by December 2021
• Must have prior Engineering qualification with Majors in either Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial or Systems Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in US without any sponsorship.
• Must be willing to relocate anywhere in US.
• Must be willing to do 80% travel (domestic as well as international)

Desirable Skills:
• Prior work experience in the Sales/ Marketing or Engineering Services will be an advantage.
• Ability to work with cross cultural teams across time zones.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change
• Strong quantitative and analytical skill
