Senior Designer, Creative Services

Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned):

The senior designer will work with marketers and developers to create and execute design concepts, in print and online. They will be responsible for producing the look and feel of cross-channel marketing campaigns that maintain the visual appearance, usability and continuity of the Champion Energy brand. Primary areas of work will include: user experience and interaction design, email and social media communications, mass media advertising and marketing promotions, research/marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintenance of corporate website, print collateral, internal and external communication templates
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and design customer communications, cross-channel advertising, affinity and sponsorship campaigns
• Front-end web development and interaction design on email, web, mobile and social platforms

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 4+ years professional graphic design experience (Portfolio samples required)
• 3+ years of front-end web production experience using CSS/HTML/JS (Portfolio should include links to live sites)
• Strong wireframe, storyboard, sitemap, use-case documentation and design experience
• Experience designing for content management systems, ASP, .NET and SQL experience is a plus
• Team attitude with an instinct for active collaboration and input gathering
• Bring to life design concepts based on project requirements, and carry them through to production and delivery
• Must be equally comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
