Business Development Representative

The Role:
Given steady growth in the US market, we are seeking a motivated sales representative to help assist with both business development and administrative sales support. The role is focused on business development and supporting the success of the sales team. This is primarily a remote position, with 25% travel required to attend conferences, events and Cappfinity meetings.

Located in the Houston, TX, Austin, TX or Dallas, TX region.
 
Responsibilities:
• Outbound lead generation, scheduling discovery calls with prospective customers
• Support and collaborate with the sales team with business development tasks including but not limited to: sales campaigns, social selling via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, pre and post virtual and live event engagement, contracts, digital filing, account-based research, Zoho CRM and sales tools
• Remote role with up to 25% travel.
 
Your Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years lead generation experience, preferably with an HR technology organization
• B2B experience, with preference for recruitment or early careers/campus hiring solutions
• Strong business development/ lead generation experience
• Confident and comfortable with cold outreach (via email, phone)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite

• Start-up or fast paced environment experience
• Hiring assessment knowledge or experience
• Experience or knowledge of early careers, emerging talent and campus/university recruitment
• An interest in diversity, inclusion, belonging, equity and/or social mobility
• CRM experience
