Marketing Communications Intern at Sage Advisory Services
Sage is an asset management firm based in Austin, Texas. Our clients are primarily institutions and financial advisors, and we help them to meet their unique investing goals. Sage integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into our investment process, and we have worked diligently to offer our clients a range of sustainable investing options. We’re looking for a motivated and meticulous person to support our company’s marketing initiatives and business development activities. The primary activities of the position include:
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with overall marketing and communication efforts, such as creating and/or editing content for the firm website, monthly publications, product decks, and market commentary
· Design content templates and support various website initiatives, including incorporating multimedia
· Create and track marketing communications campaigns
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis
· Video editing/recording experience a plus
· Manage social media and content development
· Additional duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Progress toward attaining a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or communications preferred
· Undergraduate students in their junior/senior year preferred
· Must be able to commit to at least 4 months, January through April 2022
· Available part-time for a minimum of 3 days per week/minimum of 10 hours a week; up to 20 hours per week
· Strong written and verbal communication skills (submit writing sample)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· An interest in financial services and capital markets is preferred
· Knowledge of corporate sustainability initiatives is a plus
· Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Photoshop/Premier Pro) experience is a big plus
· Prior internship experience is a big plus
