Management Consulting Analyst- Spring Internship

The purpose of a Management Consulting Analyst (Intern) is to manipulate, interpret, and analyze data in support of client engagements. Some examples of the specific work may include building financial models, creating and delivering presentations, and working with colleagues to develop perspectives and insights for the industry we serve. The successful candidate will work directly with Consultants, Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and clients to diagnose issues and collaboratively design realistic solutions. 

Our Intern program serves to give undergraduate and graduate students first-hand experience with consulting at NewGen. At the end of the program, there may be an offer to join us as a full-time Management Consulting Analyst upon graduation. 

A Management Consulting Analyst (Intern) will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. A successful Intern will have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. Intern will gain new skills and build on the strengths they bring to the firm while receiving frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues and their local office Partner.
