Schlumberger's Geology Program - Geologist
As a Geologist, Geophysicists, or Petrophysicist at Schlumberger, you’ll combine your understanding of earth sciences with a comprehensive knowledge of the latest logging technologies to determine reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential. That means you’ll use a variety of data acquisition services and logging systems to understand the structure, stratigraphy, lithology and compartmentalization of reservoirs.
Every role is different and there are a huge variety of projects to get involved with. You could be helping clients understand changes in reservoir rocks during production, be responsible for determining the best place to drill the well with minimum environmental damage, or build the tools and systems we use to improve reservoir understanding.
Whichever projects you work on, you’ll become adept at multiple software systems and work closely with customers to find innovative ways to solve some of their most complex challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PHD in Geology, Geophysics, Geological Science, Geological Engineering or related Geoscience discipline
- Minimum GPA 3.0
Full Time: Jan 2022 - Dec 2023 (rolling)
