ADP (Analyst Development Program)

Targa is currently seeking full-time candidates for our Analyst Development Program (ADP) for our office located in Houston, TX.

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applicable software
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Program Description:
Targa’s Analyst Development Program (ADP) offers entry-level opportunities in various functional areas over a three-year period. Each analyst will participate in rotational assignments to gain experience and broaden their skills and interests while contributing to multiple groups within Targa. An analyst will be given assignments in core business functions where they assume the responsibilities of a typical full-time employee. Each assignment
will last approximately 12 months.

Areas of Focus:
- Accounting & Tax
- Finance (Planning, Credit & Treasury, Risk Management)
- Internal Audit

Program Oversight:
The Analyst Development Program is managed by a small team of senior leaders in the organization. Line Managers serve as direct supervisors to the analyst during each one of their assignments. Line Managers, in partnership with the Leadership Team and Human Resources, will provide training, guidance and continuous feedback during the analyst’s assignment.
