Talent Acquisition Intern

About CRS 
Catholic Relief Services is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. Background
As a global organization, that has grown significantly in size over the past decade, CRS is now comprised of almost 7,000 people from over 100 countries who collaborate to catalyze transformational change.
 
The Global People Resources (GPR) department is integral to shaping CRS into a more agile, innovative, and impactful agency. Within GPR is the Global Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) which has a unique role in ensuring CRS has a highly diverse, engaged, and skilled workforce that demonstrates our values, delivers results, and transforms the communities where we work and serve. Given the critical work performed by departments based in the US, a TAG team has been created to focuses on hiring top talent to work in US-based roles.
 
Job Summary
You will assist with Talent Acquisition projects as determined and directed by your supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting colleagues with general administrative duties including, but not limited to, research, data-entry, scheduling and general coordination.
 

Qualifications

 Roles and Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews for recruiters
  • Post jobs on job boards
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Perform research at supervisor's request.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
Basic Qualifications
  • Actively enrolled in, and in good academic standing in a bachelor’s or graduate program
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and work within Human Resources, specifically Talent Acquisition
  • Effective and flexible communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience
