Receiving and Distribution - (Open to Work-Study and Non-Work Study)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday MUST work days. Availability between 10am to 2pm is paramount. At least 3 hours per day. Open to discussion upon interview.

Essential Functions are Assist Receiving & Distribution personnel with daily tasks and deliveries. This will include receiving packages, ability to identify end users, documentation and distribution of packages. Assist with data entry directly related to receiving & distribution. Assist with clearing outstanding purchase order encumbrances, as needed. Ability to take initiative in working both independently and in cooperation with others. Must be motivated to stay on task and be reliable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional demeanor. Outstanding organizational skills. Attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to learn tasks quickly with minimal training and supervision. Regular and punctual attendance. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community.

Working Conditions:
May work around, and handle, Hazardous Chemicals. May work around standard office conditions/equipment.
Use of manual dexterity with repetitive motions.
Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 30+ pounds, consistently.

Dress Attire: Business Casual. Closed toe shoes highly recommended.

Hours are NOT flexible Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays 10am-4pm up to 18 hours a week
