Wolfe Ascend Early Insights - Sophomore Diversity Program (Virtual)

We are looking for undergraduate students graduating between Spring 2023 and Spring 2024 interested in learning more about Equity Research and Financial Services. Eligible students who also identify as members of the following communities are encouraged to apply: Women, Black, Latinx, Native American, Southeast Asian, LGBTQ+, Veterans, and Students with Disabilities.

Wolfe Ascend is an Early Insights Program intended to provide students from underrepresented backgrounds in the financial services industry exposure to Wolfe & Equity Research along with professional development, financial training, and networking opportunities. The program is made up of various virtual sessions spread across a two-week period encompassing career panels, networking events, technical and soft skills training sessions, an interview & resume workshop, and much more!

Select participants will be eligible to interview for 2022 & 2023 internship opportunities.
We will survey selected applicants of their availability to optimize attendance and ensure limited interference with school schedules.
