Application Support Analyst

Be a member of our global team that provides 24x7 support, Your Responsibilities include monitoring the applications, troubleshooting, triaging issues, following up with the interfacing systems to resolve production issues. Additional responsibilities include change implementation and coordination, release testing, and verification.
Role: Application Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Work with IT team supporting a global 24x7 mission-critical production application environment.
• Work closely and coordinate with other Technology staff (SA, DBA, Network, and Security).
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems.
• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Support and maintain the underlying infrastructure in conjunction with the global team.
Technical skills:
• A 3 or 4-year Graduate degree in any engineering discipline. • Exposure to technology areas like o Windows OS such as Server 2016, Windows 10 o SQL Server o XML o HTTP/FTP/Networking o TCP/IP Networking o PGP Non-technical skills: • Strong problem solving and organization skills. • Ability to diagnose application problems quickly and develop effective solutions for clients. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and results-oriented. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Exceptional customer service orientation. • Exposure to working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Leadership and training ability to guide and bring other team members up to speed. • Availability to work during the shifts/weekends when required.
