Naturalist (Summer Seasonal) | South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks

Naturalist (5 positions): Develop, promote, and present programs on the natural and cultural resources of Custer State Park. Duties may include staffing visitor centers, stock publications, develop and present day and evening interpretative programs, coordinate special events, living history demonstrations, and cleaning and maintaining facilities.

Requirements: Appropriate educational background. Experience in teaching and public speaking with adults and children in an outdoor setting to enhance the educational goals of Custer State Park. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver license.

Please note this is a temporary or seasonal, non-benefited position, exempt from civil service.
