What are we looking for?

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must attend a robust Appian training and working knowledge bootcamp, and actively keep up to date with each release
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business processes using the Appian platform, with supervision
- Work as a trusted team member to meet client expectations and support your colleagues
- Responsible for meeting all expectations around quality, velocity, and utilization, as well as participating and help others participate as an active member of the Macedon community
- Participate in client meetings, such as backlog refinement, with oversight
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Zero to two years of experience
- Preference for consulting experience
- Preference for strong development background with Java, C++, or similar object-oriented programming experience
- Previous Appian knowledge or experience is a plus, but not needed; we will train you
