Business Analyst

Wolfe Research – Business Analyst
 
Wolfe Research is seeking a Business Analyst to join its mid-town New York based firm. The role will entail working as an integral member to support and report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

This role is well-suited for a self-starter who is energetic, motivated and highly analytical. We are seeking a candidate who will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company. Job Responsibilities:
·        Support the Chief Administrative Officer in all aspects of business growth, including reporting and data analysis that evaluate business performance metrics.
·        Track and maintain key account metrics, reports, and CRM dashboards to drive insights and business decisions to improve performance and optimize revenue.
·        Generate reports using data across various systems in an accurate and timely manner.
·        Support the build out of our Management Revenue Reporting initiative.
·        Effectively liaise with various teams – Sales, Research, IT, Accounting and Project Management.
 
Technical Responsibilities:
·        Daily work within Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
·        Heavy use of CRM Salesforce.com and other internal databases 
·        Bloomberg and /or FactSet terminal use may be needed for special projects (prior experience not required)

Requirements:
·        Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA, preferably Business and /or Finance 
·        At least 2 years of relevant experience, inclusive of internships
·       Proficient in Excel
·       Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferred)
