GAIN PROFESSIONAL JOB SKILLS, CONTRIBUTE TO CLIMATE RESILIENCE, AND LAUNCH YOUR WILDLAND FIRE CAREER!

MCC is hiring Fuels & Fire Crew Members! We focus on the growth of our members, transferable job skills, and making a positive impact on the climate and environment. Crew Members and their crews will camp while working on physically demanding conservation projects across the Northern Rockies and Plains. Work will primarily consist of wildland fuels mitigation projects, chainsaw use, and other forest health activities. This crew will allow you to get loads of chainsaw time and expose you to connections in the fire world. Crews receive basic wildland fire certifications such as Red Card, S130, S190, Nationally recognized saw certifications, and Basic First Aid. Crew Members also receive training in federal hiring. Are you looking for something unique? If you want to address urgent climate change issues and make a positive impact on the environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
