About the role:
  • You will be the main point of contact in all matters between our existing customers and ChemoMetec
  • Build, strengthen and maintain client relations between our existing customers
  • You will be responsible for new sales to our existing customers as well as working on upselling opportunities with our existing clients
  • Maintain accurate clients records, keeping track of any contact updates
  • Craft and send multiple direct emails and stay on top of all communications
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system 

The ideal candidate:
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Account Management & Sales: 2+ years (Mandatory)
  • Customer Service: 2+ years (Mandatory)
  • Computer Literate: 1 year+ (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of key account management
  • Results focused with a natural drive for taking responsibility for your work
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to manage an array of customer accounts in a CRM
  • Passionate about creating value for your customers and experience in selling to their needs
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust your own resources and activities as needed
