Research Analyst Intern

Integra is seeking students with strong backgrounds in finance and/or economics who are interested in translating their academic interests into the real-world application of corporate financial forensics and fraud detection. Integra is an economic and litigation consulting firm that specializes in big data analytics to find fraud in many industries including cryptocurrency, healthcare, and structured finance. Our office is conveniently located adjacent to the UT campus which also enables us to closely interface with the academic environment and the university’s top intellectual talent.

As an intern, you will perform extensive literature review and market research to help our team explore fraud research areas. Depending on need, you may also be asked to scrape, process, and perform preliminary data analysis. The internship is also designed to give you:

  • Exposure to how degrees such as finance and economics are used in the financial industry
  • Opportunities to work on team-based and individual projects

Key Skills Desired

  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Persistence and diligence when conducting research
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to quickly process lots of information and extract key takeaways

While we are a fairly established company, we still intensely value the start-up principles of initiative, creativity, and questioning assumptions. Our boutique office is full of very bright people who also engage each other outside of the normal workload. If that sounds interesting, we’re looking for highly qualified interns to start working with us part-time or full-time immediately in Spring 2022.
