About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from sourcing right through to onboarding. The ideal candidate must be proficient in recruiting candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other online channels and work with hiring managers to fill roles in a timely and strategic manner.
 
What you will experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ChemoMetec US
 
  • You will play a key role in increasing our workforce to prepare us for our next stage of growth. Our goal is to expand in the US by 50% and you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this.
  • The ideal candidate will want to develop with our rapidly growing company and gain experience in working for a global leading biotech that has a small company feel.
  • You will have a varied workload, with the opportunity to take on responsibilities outside of the traditional HR realm.
  • Day-to-day, you will work closely with senior management, coordinating activities to build and maintain our workforce.
  • You will be working out of our newly acquired Boston office, in a supportive and friendly team environment, and liaising with colleagues in our New York and San Diego offices.

Responsibilities
  • Screen potential candidates, manage and coordinate the interview process, carry out reference and background checks and negotiate offers.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, candidates and senior management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Devise recruitment strategies to optimize and streamline existing processes.
  • Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed and other popular online channels.
  • Responsible for the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience for new starters and preparing induction material for a smooth process.
  • Other HR-related tasks
 
Key qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a recruitment role.
  • Successful track record using Indeed and LinkedIn to recruit the right people.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in checking and creating documentation
  • Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports.
  • Thrives on using initiative and generating tasks and ideas independently.
  • Keen to take on tasks outside of immediate role to further develop professionally.
