Lab Technician
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for assisting in the production and development of Water Lens field kits. This position requires following standard protocols under direct supervision by the science team. A successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and organization skills, accurately and consistently follow directions and experimental protocols, and have a strong work ethic. This position will also involve assistance with laboratory maintenance. Some knowledge and experience with techniques found in analytical labs is highly desirable. This is an entry level position.
The position is anticipated to offer approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility in the number and timing of the hours. Typical hours would be offered between 10AM-6PM weekdays only. Preference will be given to candidates with some experience in both chemistry and biology lab work.
