Job Description

Creates, implements, and assists marketing communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products. Assists in the research and development of content for publication of products. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Administer and maintain the email marketing (Hubspot) and customer-relationship management system (Salesforce) for Hamilton Storage
  • Manage and maintain user permissions and data
  • Manage and develop workflows
  • Troubleshoot reported errors and act as technical support
  • Partner with Hamilton Marcom HQ on global strategy initiatives and projects related to email marketing and lead nurturing as it relates to Hamilton Storage
  • Identify opportunities for lead nurturing and workflow improvements
  • Provide recommendations to improve conversion, identifying and reducing frictions in the customer journey
  • Gather and define project requirements, structuring hypotheses and defining success metrics
  • Collect and analyze digital reporting data from the website, HubSpot, and Salesforce to identify and share actionable insights with the Hamilton Storage Sales & Marketing team. The reporting strategy, KPIs, and framework will be provided by Hamilton Company Marcom HQ in Reno
  • Monitor and maintain reporting to identify positive and negative trends on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses of mid- or post-campaign performance and ad hoc requests to put forward hypotheses and recommendations for future initiatives and programs
  • Manage all aspects of Hamilton Storage email/push deployment including ideation, requesting creative, content coordination, segmentation, building, testing, launching, post deployment tracking
  • Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs
  • Gathers the materials necessary to understand the specific project; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective implementation techniques
  • Presents design ideas and recommendations to relevant others
  • Evaluates success of campaigns when completed

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five to six years of related experience
