Sr Technical Recruiter - REMOTE

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our Divisions and Functional groups on their hiring initiatives. If you are a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition professional who possesses curiosity, a desire to make a difference, a sense of urgency, passion, energy, enthusiasm, and unquestionable integrity, then SRI is the rewarding environment where you will thrive. This position will be remote within the U.S.


Responsibilities

  • Develops, researches, and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to senior executives and hiring managers.
  • Uses innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods to identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates, and regularly manage pipeline activity.
  • Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
  • Coordinate with SRI’s Immigration Program Manager for candidate immigration process
  • Partners with HR colleagues on organizational matters and Total Rewards strategies to provide a holistic ecosystem of support when recruiting internally and externally.
  • Supports diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting efforts to support SRI’s diversity mission.


Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS or equivalent with 7-10 years’ full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
  • Must have experience managing entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing continuous candidate engagement methods ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Must have technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting in the R&D, Government Contracting or DoD space.
  • Experience recruiting in the Bioscience or Education arena is highly desirable.
  • Experience with multiple sourcing techniques to identify qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Experience with coordination of the immigration process is highly desirable.

For Colorado residents, the salary range is: $92,192-$152,690. Salary ranges for this role will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
