RES is looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team. As a member of RES’ Enterprise Applications team, you'll apply your technical skills by working with our accounting, finance, and operational teams to develop, integrate, and optimize our suite of internal and external systems for maximum operational efficiency. You'll collaborate directly with cross-functional department leads to provide technical design guidance and develop software to meet internal business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop software for continuous improvement projects throughout the company by leveraging industry leading technology
- Modify existing software to fix bugs, adapt it to new business requirements, improve its performance, or upgrade user interfaces
- Develop and maintain integration strategies for automating data transfers and reduce redundant tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve processes
Key Competencies:
- Superior software development skills using JavaScript as a core programming language.
- Ability to create and customize complex applications including internal and external.
- Passion for change and continuous improvement in operational processes and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a drive to deliver outstanding results and a strong attention to detail mindset
Qualifications
Minimum:
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow development including Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Advanced PDFs
- 3+ years of full stack software development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.JS, and a front-end framework such as Angular/React JS.
- 2+ years of experience with Relational-Database Management tools such as Microsoft SQL/Oracle
Desired:
- BS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent professional experience
- Previous consulting experience with ERP, CRM and/or eCommerce
- A history of professional success
- Experience developing in and integrating data from enterprise cloud systems such as Salesforce
- Strong technical, analytical, and reasoning skills
- Strong communication skills
