Automation Information Technology Intern
This team and position is highly visible where there will be ample opportunities to collaborate with the business and IT teams globally.The selected candidate will have the opportunity to assist the team in various capacities, including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing and support. The experience to be gained in RPA, AI and machine learning will provide renewed appreciation for the importance of automation in supporting business needs.

Responsibilities
- Work with Automation Center of Excellence team (COE) to analyze automation requests and determine automation scope.
- Initiate and manage service requests to set up infrastructure using cloud platform.
- Work with business and IT team to develop automation solutions.
- Participate in design and development of the automation
- Participate in evaluation of new automation tools
- Participate system level testing and develop testing plan for business
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and plan code deployment to Prod and support mechanism.
- Contribute to knowledge repository
Deliverables - There will be a presentation at the end of the summer. This will include a review of how initial expectations aligned with the actual experience, key challenges and contributions, lessons learned and recommendation to future candidates
