Software Intern
Our Software Engineer Intern participates in all aspects of the software development process, from architecture and design to implementation, coding, and testing. They also assist in product design, research & analysis, and application support & availability.
Responsibilities:
- Work with software engineers to create simple tools for the group.
- Work with software testing to create automation test scripts and execute.
- Research solutions to software defects and recommending solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
- Improve upon current skills while also developing and mastering new technical skills
Qualifications:
· Undergrad (BS/BA) or Graduate (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics
· Object Oriented, Data-Driven Software Application Development experience required
· Experience/familiarity with .NET, C#, VB Script
· Familiarity with SQL is a plus
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in HLA field is a plus
