The Intern, Supply Chain Management Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly talented, motivated student to join our
team as an intern on Sunnova’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team. The intern will work with the SCM team members, Commercial Operations, Construction Operations, Technical Operations and Operations & Management teams to learn hands-on about our corporate supply chain management program and assist providing our customers and Dealer network an excellent experience with Sunnova.

Intern, Supply Chain Management Responsibilities
• Learns about the supply chain management function within a corporate environment
• Assists in preparation and implementation of annual (Request for Information) RFI and (Request for Proposal) RFP processes
• Assists with compiling RFI and RFP responses, analyzing and putting the into “at a glance” report format
• Participates along with mentor in compilation of data to support Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
• Assists with onboarding new suppliers
• Works with counterparties on nondisclosure agreements
• Assists in submitting RFQ’s
• Assists in creation of Purchase Orders
• Assists in analysis of component usage
• Assists in spend analysis with O&M suppliers
• Assists with database management
• Participates in development of “Total Cost of Ownership” models for Fleet bids
• Works with General Managers and Assistant Managers to receive Channel Partner feedback from the field
• Works with Technical Operations to help vet new suppliers and their products for inclusion on the 2022 Annual Vendor List

Minimum Requirements
• Field of study: Supply Chain Management
• Proven ability to work under pressure, organize, manage, prioritize and re- prioritize multiple deliverables as the situation requires
• Must be a “hands-on” learner
• Demonstrates diligence, with a positive “can do” attitude
• Team player that behaves ethically, with highest degree of integrity at all times

Preferred Qualifications
• PC skills; Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, & Outlook. Salesforce

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Very strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
