Molecular Biology Intern(Masters)

We are seeking a Senior Intern for our Analytical Chemistry and Enzyme team. The selected individual will be part of a high performance, cross-disciplinary team, supporting research and development at the cutting edge of sequencing technology.
What will you do?
- Development of enzyme production processes to support NPIs and other projects
- Development and execution of analytical enzymatic methods
- Next-generation sequencing execution and analysis
- Support Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and Analytical Chemistry teams in R&D and Operations
- Analytical data analysis
How will you get here?
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Enzymology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Experience with Enzymology or Enzyme Assay Development is a plus
- Experience with FPLC, AKTA chromatography is a plus
- Familiar with analytical method development and validation is a plus
- Next-generation sequencing experience is a plus
- Experience with HPLC, GC, IC, LC-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, or similar analytical techniques is a plus
