Marketing Operations Manager

OVERVIEW 
 
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead Equilar’s Marketing Operations Team with a variety of initiatives and projects including - Tech stack management, operational/logistics for digital marketing, campaign management, following up with stakeholders to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of campaigns, technical implementations for our CRM products, creation of dashboards for reporting, and lead overall process improvement. The Marketing Operations Manager will also tackle changing priorities, ever-evolving challenges, and regularly manage ongoing programs.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
  • Coordinate data entry, clean up, integrity, reporting, analysis, and presentation.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, deployment, execution follow up and reporting.
  • Report key insights regarding platform functionality and make recommendations for or improvements as needed. 
  • in developing executive-level reports showing a strong ability to distill complex information into a digestible format.
  • Lead functional day-to-day operations and serve as the point of contact for CRM data maintenance, configuration, and reporting.
  • Lead functional day-to-day operations of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and Marketing Automation platforms: maintenance, configuration, and reporting.
  • Assist Sales calls in the exploration and implementation of Equilar’s CRM solutions
  • Lead all paid ad campaign efforts utilizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and exploring other areas of opportunity
  • Own the complete Marketing/Sales tech contracts, implementation, training, and user management (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pardot, DemandBase, Outreach.io, Introhive, Calendly, Match My Email, InsideView, Intercom, Cloudingo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, DemandTools, BriteVerify, etc.)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for all things tech operations, integrations, and implementations
  • Continuously optimize and enhance operational processes based on data analyses 
 
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Highly organized, data-driven and detail-oriented 
  • Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and apply new information 
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations 
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Microsoft Office – can easily move between Word, PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills 
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience with CRM, Marketing Automation and ABM Platforms
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
 
  • BA/BS degree 
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience with multiple CRMs and technologies is a plus
