Offsite Data Review Technician

An Offsite Data Review Technician at CTEH, LLC's works as a member of a mutli-disciplinary team supporting contact tracing and vaccine verification in the areas of pandemic response and occupational health and safety for employees of various CTEH clients. Daily job tasks will include review of uploaded records and may include supporting the Contact Tracing effort related to those records. Additionally, those in this job will be responsible for supporting multiple field staff throughout the United States using our internal ticketing system, phone support, and virtual calls over meeting software. We are seeking those individuals with some administrative experience but, more importantly, who are willing to learn and are technically astute. The Data Review Technician must be prepared to provide high quality professional services performing work assigned by a supervising Medical Specialist. and will participate as part of a team with shifts during regular business hours, at night, and/or on weekends. This is a work-from-home position. Applicants must have internet connectivity and should have a personal cell phone or private land-line.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to your first day of employment is required, unless a medical or religious accommodation is needed. If two rounds of vaccination are required and only one has been received on your first day of employment, your continued employment by CTEH is contingent upon receipt of the second dose when due.

Job Type: Temporary
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00

This is a temporary position and as such has no associated benefits.

ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE OF WORK
  • Provide pandemic support to CTEH's professional clinical/medical services team in the areas of occupational health and compliance;
  • Effectively enter data related to vaccines, contact tracing, and case management;
  • Communicate directly with CTEH clients and client representatives;
  • Accurately follow and comply with all Occupational Health and Safety policies and protocols;
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information;
  • Escalate critical support issues following appropriate procedures;
  • Work on a rotating on-call schedule; and,
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
  • Electronic record-keeping experience preferred
  • VoIP phone system experience preferred
  • Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, Chrome OS, Mac OS) required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
