Summer Internship- Electrical Engineer

Summer Internship- Electrical Engineer
Single Use Technologies, Millersburg, PA
How will you make an impact?
  • Join us at the forefront of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic
  • Be part of a the BioProduction team to support the developers and manufacturers of biological-based therapeutics and vaccines
What will you do?
  • Hands-on electrical engineering experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Learn about Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) using RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, Factorytalk Video Studio, and C- programming.
  • Create Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens on equipment used in high volume manufacturing equipment.
  • Enable data analytics and visualization of process parameters.
Networking and exposure to engineering leaders
  • Job shadow with senior electrical engineers.
  • Work with dedicated leaders and mentors.
How will you get here?
Education
  • At least two years of college.
  • On track to complete a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited academic institution.
Experience
  • 0-1 years of work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Strong academic record.
  • Foundational core science/engineering courses taken.
  • Proven record of establishing goals and achieving results.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven learning agility.
  • Team-player.
