Technical Account Manager
Sino Biological’s manufacturing facility is in Beijing, China, while its US headquarter is in the greater Philadelphia area. The company is undergoing a major expansion and is seeking 2-3 talented Technical Account Managers.
This position supports remote working, but candidate from the greater Philadelphia area is preferred.
Job Description
The individual will be a member of the technical team. The primary responsibility will be:
- Provide technical support to the local sales reps;
- Work with the local sales rep to sell customized services;
- Establish and maintain relationships with the clients
- Directly work with the clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure completion of the project and delivery of the finished products and reports
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement
- A Ph.D. degree from a US-based biomedical research institution
- Have a good understanding of biological research, drug discovery, and diagnostics field, and the relevant technologies, products, and services;
- Knowledge and experience in recombinant protein expression and purification, antibody development, and bioassay development are preferred.
- Ability to learn fast;
- Willingness to learn new technologies;
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong Communication Skills;
