Sino Biological is an internationally recognized reagent supplier and contract research organization. Sino Biological's core technology platform is its in-house developed mammalian cell-based recombinant expression system. The system employs a range of proprietary reagents and processes, enabling high-efficient production of antigens and antibodies.
Sino Biological’s manufacturing facility is in Beijing, China, while its US subsidiary is headquartered in the greater Philadelphia area. The company also has a subsidiary located at Frankfurt, Germany. Sino Biological is undergoing a major expansion in the US. There are multiple positions available in the greater PA area.
Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist / Team Lead will ensure high customer satisfaction by taking care of fast and reliable customer inquiry and order handling throughout the entire order to invoice process.
- Provide fast and accurate order entry, customer account maintenance, price and availability checks, and management of all aspects of customer orders from receipt through payment
- Provide customers with order status, requested documents, shipping dates, and tracking proactively and when additional requests are received
- Entry and coordination of material returns, either associated with a complaint and/or a duplicated delivery
- Engage with internal team members such as Regional Sales Manager, Shipping Associates, Manufacturing, Technical Support team, and Accounting to support customer requests
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers to meet KPI targets set by the department
- Support creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer services
- Work to achieve maximum efficiency in a team environment and support peers when needed
Qualification:
- BS degree from a US-based college
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to learn and be interested in the biomedical research industry
- Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks and strong attention to detail
