  • Please note, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Agency is operating in a maximum telework posture for all telework ready employees occupying a telework eligible position.
  • Serves as a consultant on the most effective alignment of HR systems and programs to support strategic goals and objectives relative to human resource development.
  • Responsible for the validity and integrity of data input by system users.
  • Performs work involving planning and assisting in system administration and evaluating learning management systems
  • .Assists Program Managers/Supervisor on assigned systems and integrates learning management system functionality in support of the DLA functional areas and strategic initiatives.
  • Troubleshoots and remedies user training system and eLearning errors, and assists users and technical personnel with isolating and resolving more complex system issues.
  • Serves as the system administrator for training systems applications and distance learning activities.
