TRAINING PROCESS :
1. Our training is unique and comprehensive as a real time project environment which will give you hands-on experience before working on our client project.
2. Online Training is provided by experienced working professionals in US thus ensuring a better understanding of the current tools & technology used in the market and the training is revised at regular intervals to cater the need for changing technology.
3. These training are for 5 to 6 weeks full-fledged with assignments and one-one session!
4. Communication & behavioural training orientation is conducted to make sure you stand out among the other people.
5. We work in small batches which enables individualized attention to every candidate.
MARKETING & PLACEMENT PROCESS:

· One on one marketing assignment before placing on project.
· Training session on the marketing strategies and interview process.
· We will provide training on how to successfully interact with client.

· We have projects, direct clients, Implementation partners and we are approved with all tier one vendors resulting in assured placements.
· Excellent track record of placing the candidates in 6-8 weeks, we make sure to you spend limited time on bench between projects.
· A separate training on project guidelines is conducted to tell you on do’s and don’ts at the client side.
SUPPORT PROCESS:
· Dedicated support provided by experienced professionals for supporting from
· troubleshooting to bug fixes which helps in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
· Support sessions can also be used for knowledge transfer sessions resulting in continuous skill set development.
· Support sessions to understand the dynamics of handling client and team interactions/meetings.
PAYROLL AND BENEFIT PLAN:
· We provide 70,000$ for first 1040 hours
· We amazingly offer you 70/30 % basis of billing/PO rate after 1040 hours·
· $300 will provide as an on-time travel reimbursement for your first project, which will be deposited in your 1st pay check with minimum 160 hours on project.
· Monthly pay through ADP, a premium payroll processing company, complying to the industry standards to pay accurately and on time.
· 50% benefit of Health insurance (Up to $100 covered p.m.) excludes Dental and Vision.
· Referral fee for employees on each referral!
· With this we have exciting referral bonus for referring us, i.e.
· $500 for each consultant referred and it will paid only when referred consultant completes 2months on our client project.
IMMIGRATION & HR:
· The U.S. government keeps keen checks on employee and employee documentation and policies. Cloud resources is an E-Verified company, hence authorized to E-verify each and every individual hired on our payroll and we are engaged in practical training experience (work/internships/unpaid/Paid professional experience and training) related to their major area of study.
· We have specialized in-house immigration team trained under top attorney and 12 hours assigned HR/ERM managers to maintain your immigration, who works at a next level to keep your status intact.
· We definitely process, support and provide documentation for H1B and OPT extension for eligible candidates who are working on our client project.
