Capital Project Manager III | City of Portland Bureau of Human Resources

The City of Portland is seeking a Capital Project Manager III within the Portland Bureau of Transportation.

This position will lead a team of two Project Managers managing the scope schedule and budget for a program of smaller capital improvement projects which involve bicycle, pedestrian, and safety improvements. Smaller capital projects typically have a total budget of less than $500,000 that are funded internally. This position is a member of the Division’s senior leadership team.
