SMM: Deputy Head of Human Dimension Unit

PAE-REACT is recruiting for the OSCE! The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking a Deputy Head of Human Dimension (HUM00001C), a Middle Manager with grad. degree in political science, international relations, public policy, law or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience including 3+ years at management level. Post requires experience in human rights, minority or gender issues; organizational, analytical, report writing, communication and interpersonal skills; previous work in conflict resolution and/or dialogue facilitation, human dimension as defined by OSCE, human rights and rule of law; knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms, negotiation and peacebuilding tools; of international humanitarian and human rights mechanisms; and ability to manage diverse multinational team while integrating gender perspective. Desirable: knowledge of E. Europe, of OSCE principles and commitments, of UN or other international organizations, with governmental/diplomatic structures, with track I and/or track II negotiations and working knowledge of the Russian and/or Ukrainian language(s).
