Medical Staff Professional

Provides timely and accurate medical staff and credentialing services for Deaconess Hospital in accordance with industry standards. Supplies providers with information and materials for credentialing and re-credentialing. Conducts enhanced reports and verifies that information is complete and accurate. Prepares files of applicant/providers for presentation to the Deaconess Credentials Committee and Medical Executive Committee.

High school diploma required. College credits or college degree preferred. Previous experience in managed care and/or provider credentialing helpful. Computer skills highly recommended. Experience working with public is essential.
