As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a "best-in-class" internship program. During this 10-week program, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world job experience.

PNC’s Treasury Management is one of the nation’s top treasury management providers of domestic and cross border payments, receivables automation, liquidity solutions and online/mobile banking suite that help our client’s maximize working capital (the funds available for day to day operations) by:

  • Offering a robust set of traditional and emerging solutions for automating receivables and cash application
  • Streamlining processes through the use of technology
  • Offering reporting and integration to provide efficiencies and business intelligence around payment activity and cash balances working capital needs
  • Protecting company assets against various forms of cyber or payment fraud
  • Innovating new products and enhancements as the corporate payment landscape evolves

The Treasury Management track delivers structured development across the sales, product and client service areas to provide broad business exposure through a rotational experience.

The Summer Internship Program is a direct pipeline for talent to the Treasury Management track of the C&IB Development Program, providing interns with an unparalleled opportunity to learn the business while gaining visibility among the firm's senior leadership.

Upon successful completion of the Summer Internship, interns may be offered an opportunity to join the C&IB Development Program after graduation. Opportunities are available across PNC traditional markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Northeast and Southeast.

Job Profile:

Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.

  • Performs or assist the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
  • Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach).

Required Education and Experience:

  • Working toward Bachelor's Degree, preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences), sophomore or junior status, Minimum GPA 3.2.
