Audio/Video Production & Graphic Design Internship
Equalman Inc. creates rock stars one day at a time! This team uses motivational speaking, best-selling and disruptive storytelling to help strengthen future leaders. Equalman provides only the best tools and education to assist our partners in achieving their ultimate potential as digital leaders. During the course of the internship, the selected candidate will be engaged in, but not limited to designing still and motion mockups, Social Media curating, assisting in the production of Equalman’s videos for clients, and more. There will be a blend of digital and offline work in this role as well as the potential for full-time work following the internship.
Skills:
- Creative with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of and competency in creative, visually appealing design
- Manages time effectively and is able to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- Understanding of design and shot composition
- Assist in designing and producing book covers for #1 Best Selling Author Erik Qualman
- Assist in designing and producing letterhead, business cards, outreach materials etc. for the various Equalman brands (Equalman, Equalman Studios, Socialnomics)
- Assist in designing and producing marketing material for the launch of Erik Qualman’s books (outdoor boards, flyers, Social Media presence, Websites, Mobile, etc.)
- Competency with lighting and audio
- Ability to shoot with a video camera or DSLR (or desire to learn how)
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects
- Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Premiere is a plus
- Need to have access to software/tools (Adobe Suite)
- Produce fun and creative art for both Instagram and Pinterest
- Will be a blend of digital and offline work in this role
- Potential for full-time work following the internship
