Talent Coordinator

Your Opportunity: 
We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team.
The Talent Coordinator will be the owner of the candidate experience for both candidates and interview teams alike. This individual will be part of (and naturally gravitate towards) highly collaborative team environments and enjoy problem solving on a daily-basis. Attitude is as important to us as aptitude. We are looking for someone who is a strong critical thinker, organized and resourceful, as well as thoughtful, positive, and flexible when priorities change and challenges occur. The Talent Coordinator will also aim to proactively go the extra mile and be willing to chip in to help teammates with whatever is needed.
We are a small, lean team and this opportunity will offer lots of insight into all areas of Talent Acquisition.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for Sysdig throughout the interview process and make sure that each candidate has a high-touch, positive interview experience
  • Support a team of Recruiters with all candidate interview coordination needs (video, phone, onsite and technical tests)
  • When traveling resumes, assist with booking travel arrangements when needed; answer all candidate questions with regards to travel expenses and reimbursements
  • Manage daily Recruiter scheduling requests, continually prioritizing workload based on urgency and ensuring an efficient turnaround time and a work product that is free of errors
  • Serve as the main point-person for virtual interviews (and onsite interview when our offices reopen) to ensure things run smoothly for interviewers
  • As one of our lead ATS (Greenhouse) Admins, assist with ongoing data audits and updates, creating new requisitions and job postings, creating new user accounts and general troubleshooting when questions arise
  • Help to develop our weekly/monthly/quarterly recruiting-centric social media calendar that targets content to key channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, industry job boards, etc) while pushing out weekly posts and ensuring content is aligned with the Sysdig brand
  • Assist with preparing monthly/quarterly talent-focused data analytics reports for MBRs and QBRs
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline the process and always be looking for creative ways to improve upon existing processes
  • Participate in other ad hoc Talent projects and initiatives, as needed 
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a Talent Coordinator role
  • Experience in a lean, fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to anticipate recruiter and candidate needs and questions and get out ahead of issues before they arise
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Desire to learn about various aspects of Talent Acquisition, outside of day-to-day duties
  • Team player with a positive, flexible and resilient attitude with a “team first” mentality
  • Ability to keep things moving forward to ensure deadlines and team goals are met
  • Familiarity scheduling via Google calendar (and using G-suite products)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests at once, with excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent professional maturity and innate ability to exercise discretion when needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
