2021-2022 Labor Relations Intern

Key internship responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Providing hands-on assistance to Global Labor Relations Counselors for contract negotiations, grievances / arbitrations, governmental agency responses, pro-active employee relations, and organizing campaigns
  • Supporting the execution of global labor relations philosophy and partnering with the business stakeholders on the determined strategy
  • Enhancing the organization’s labor relations competency through development and facilitation of labor relations training
  • Acting as a project team member to various compensation, disability management, and other HR project teams
  • Participating in external labor relations forums to enhance learning and sharing best practices across the organization
  • Monitoring labor relations trends and cases

Requirement:

  •  2L (second year) Law Student
