Work Study Office Assistant
· First priority is to provide direct professional assistance to the Human Resource Technician working with sensitive information; this includes setting up folders on Army ROTC students, printing forms, filing, copying, scanning, shredding, and assisting students with their forms and questions
· Second priority is to assist with administrative work as needed; this may include maintaining spreadsheets or creating spreadsheets, typing letters, assisting our faculty with projects, etc..
· Assist in answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate faculty or staff
· Greeting guests and students professionally with your attention focused on them
· Assist in keeping front office professional in its appearance and organized at all times
· Assist in running on-campus errands as needed
· Other duties as assigned
