Project Coordinator: Clinical Services

An ideal candidate for our Project Coordinator: Clinical Services position is an individual who has project support experience, is experienced in working with technical information, and can prioritize tasks to meet timelines. The right individual will be able to multitask, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
  
Job Description:
·        Support the implementation of the full life cycle of designated projects providing status updates including providing support to the project team
·        Interpret technical information to understand project requirements and participate in team meetings and help develop therapeutic knowledge 
·        Maintain/update project information in databases and corresponding systems
·        Schedule and coordinate event details cross departmentally
·        Coordinate project recruitment, engage with project attendees, and attend project events
·        Responsible for reviewing clinical study images to ensure compliance to the photographic protocol
·        Identify clinical data issues and follow through with query resolution, escalating to data management when appropriate 
·        Works directly alongside the Clinical Project Manager monitoring all aspects of assigned clinical trial programs to meet timelines and ensure compliance with all policies/protocols
 
Core Requirements:
·        Associate degree or at least 1 year work experience
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·        Flexibility to attend project events occurring on weekends (approximately 8 – 12 weekend days per year)
·        Detail oriented with experience in database administration
·        Familiar with project management skills to adjust to changing priorities between projects seamlessly
 
Desired:
·        HIPPA/GCP knowledge is a plus
