Employer Relations & Recruiting Support Intern for CNS Career Services
CNS Career Services Office is seeking a student intern to support employer partnerships and recruitment of CNS undergraduate students. The primary role of the Employer Relations & Recruiting Support Intern position is to support the CNS Career Services team by increasing employer participation in recruiting events, student engagement, and posting opportunities to our job and internship platform. The student intern will also research employers and industries and create handouts to inform CNS students about job and internship offerings.
The Employer Relations & Recruiting Support Intern position is a great opportunity for a resourceful student to help CNS Career Services build valuable connections with employers on behalf of College of Natural Science students, resulting in increased opportunities for jobs and internships, as well as strengthening industry partnerships for the College.
Employer Relations & Recruiting Support Intern will:
- Conduct field research on job landscapes in various industries relevant to CNS students
- Research and identify potential employers who may want to participate in recruiting events like career fairs
- Become knowledgeable of current full-time and part-time job listings, and internships
- Manage and support customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Create employer information handouts and spreadsheets to inform students about various employers
- Participate in Career Center sponsored recruiting events
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain minimum level of professional responsibility required for continued employment

Minimum Qualifications
- UT student enrolled in at least 6 hours in both Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
- Graduation date no earlier than May 2022
