Clinical Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating our clinical supply logistics. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in logistics for a team, facilitated shipments (both domestic and internationally), and possess superior customer service skills. They will be very detail oriented, organized, and work well independently while being part of a larger team.

Job Description:
  • Review client information in databases alongside shipping documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Work with internal study teams to investigate discrepancies in shipping documentation
  • Coordinate and procure items for each shipment with other departments to ensure proper movement of shipments through the designated courier
  • Prepare and fulfill clinical study shipments
  • Track and fix any shipping errors, working with the courier as needed
  • Work with procurement to resolve any inventory issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and craft suggestions to streamline shipping processes

Core Requirements:
  • Associate degree or at least two (2) year’s demonstrated work experience
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal, with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience in multitasking and managing multiple supply chain processes
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines to ensure delivery timelines of shipments are met

Desired Requirements:
  • Bilingual/Multilingual
  • Knowledgeable of shipping couriers and international shipping documentation
  • Experience in clinical service logistics
