Work Study: Travel Administration Assistant Position

To provide administrative and communications assistance to the Jackson School Business Services Office for faculty, staff, and students at the Jackson School in obtaining
  • travel authorizations
  • information to current rules regarding travel
  • travel reimbursements
  • status updates

Through this work experience, a student will learn how to:
  • Perform detailed administrative task
  • Plan and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Access and communicate administrative information
  • Customer service and stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
  • experience managing multiple tasks with the need to prioritize
  • ability to coordinate with team members to allow for seamless processing
  • some experience in DefineĀ
