Tennis Instructor (Non-Work Study & Work Study available)
Did you know that RecSports offers tennis lessons to children and adults? Join our team as a Tennis Instructor and teach participants how to play tennis and how to improve their tennis skills through group and private non-credit instructional tennis lessons.
Tennis Instructors should demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal skills through peer-to-peer evaluation and training, as well as teaching, training, evaluating tennis lesson participants. In addition, instructors assist with highly organized and detail-oriented tasks, including maintaining rosters, payroll tracking, and tennis lesson management.
Pay rate: $13.75/hour
Start Date: January 2023
Employment location: Whitaker Courts
Prerequisite: Competition level tennis experience is required. Experience teaching or coaching adults and/or children at basic, beginner or intermediate levels is preferred.
Working conditions for this role:
- Exposure to dust

- Exposure to outdoor work and all weather conditions (proper protective gear and supplies will be provided)
