BES Internship Program - Business Services (Community Service Aide II)
The Bureau of Environmental Services is seeking a Business Services CSA II intern for their Business Services Group! The first application review consists of all applications received by 11:59 pm 06/15/2021. Applications will be reviewed weekly. See evaluation schedule below.
The Business Services Group has an opening for an intern in the Revenue Programs section. The position will gain familiarity with our utility billing system, knowledge of our billing policies, the stormwater discount program requirements, and our sewer connection financing programs. The position will conduct program outreach; assist customers with the stormwater discount registration process; send mailings, emails, and make calls for various stormwater billing, discount, and reimbursement programs and efforts; and collect and organize data to support reporting on various financial assistance programs.
